Hi, I’m Mira

I’m a Physiotherapist and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner, and I’ve been helping people in the Mississauga community move and live better for decades.
I’m also a mom of three, raised right here in Mississauga — which means I understand real life, real bodies, and real limitations.
My focus is helping people reduce pain naturally and feel confident in their body again, without relying on pills, injections, or surgery whenever possible.
